How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange eligible items within 100 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details and email us at support@jewlura.com to start your request.
How long will my refund take?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 1–3 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 business days to post the refund back to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, production begins and the order cannot be canceled or modified. Please email support@jewlura.com as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Yes. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices. Jewlura does not cover these costs.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number or purchase email.
My tracking link isn’t working, what should I do?
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update.
I made a mistake in my order, how can I fix it?
Email us at support@jewlura.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes are no longer possible as production will have begun.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us with your full name and order details, and we will resend it.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
Store jewelry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints and oil.
For sterling silver, use a silver polish cloth or gentle natural cleaners.
How should I care for bracelets?
Leather: Avoid water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
Beaded: Keep away from perfumes and chemicals; clean with a soft cloth.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from premium materials including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and high-quality alloys. All are nickel- and lead-free.
Is sterling silver affected by water?
Pure water will not damage silver, but chemicals and salts can cause tarnishing. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products.
